Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy? Non-defective products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition with packaging. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee apply. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery—we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Does the furniture come with a warranty? Yes, all our products include a standard warranty covering manufacturing defects for a specified period from delivery. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, normal wear and tear, or extreme weather. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty benefits.
