Return & Exchange Policy

You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Products returned after this period will not be accepted, unless covered by our warranty for manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in unused, original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Damages caused by improper use, installation, or exposure to extreme weather will void eligibility.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products (e.g., wrong item shipped, missing parts), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue, including the product, packaging, and shipping label, to facilitate assessment. We will cover all return shipping costs for eligible defective or incorrect items and arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.
For non-defective items (e.g., change of mind, size mismatch), you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee will apply, which will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee covers the cost of inspecting, cleaning, and repackaging the product for resale. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
Before shipping your return, you must first initiate a return request through the designated channel on the website. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RA) and detailed shipping instructions. Returns sent without a valid RA will be rejected or delayed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or the option to select an alternative product of equal or higher value (with you covering the price difference). Exchanges for non-defective items follow the same process as returns, including return shipping costs and restocking fees.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution (usually 5-10 business days). Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is confirmed to meet eligibility criteria.
Certain items are excluded from returns or exchanges, including custom-made or personalized furniture, and products that have been assembled, modified, or used. For large items such as full rattan sofa sets, return shipping may require specialized carriers, and additional fees may apply—details will be provided during the return request process.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects beyond the 30-day return window. For warranty claims, please refer to our warranty terms and provide proof of purchase. This Return & Exchange Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable laws.
